Terms of service

1. Refunds: We do not provide refunds for purchases that have been scanned as "Delivered". All orders are tracked and MUST be signed for.

2. Please verify your mailing address: Before proceeding with the checkout process, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We are unable to replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

3. Order changes: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to it. This implies that we cannot change the delivery address, shipment method, or item(s) in the order.

4. Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your product has been dispatched, we cease to have control over its arrival unfortunately. If you experience a lost, stolen, or missing package, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping company.

 5. Shipment charges: Since we don't add on extra charges for delivery, shipping fees aren't refundable.

 6. Tracking numbers: Your shipping confirmation email, which is delivered to the email address you used to place the order, contains tracking numbers. Validating tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours.

7. Return shipping costs: We are not responsible for return shipping in the event that you need to make a return. However, a return label will be provided by us and will be subtracted from your refund.

8. Please be aware that, due to our limited control over the courier service, we are unable to issue a refund in the event that the delay is caused by them. Refunds and returns are only permitted in very unusual situations.

9. Please understand that, if you return an item that has been installed, used, had its lace cut, or has gone more than seven days after it was certified delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund.

10. It may take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear.

11. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, as well as the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

 12. Please note that we’re unable to cover clearing fees or tax on international orders.
